(1). Standard 2-3 years after purchase under normal usage.
(2). Will provide free/rework new products based on the proof-documents.
(3). If driver failed, we’ll send new driver.
(4). If LED failed, we’ll sent new LED.
(5). Unclear reason, we will sent full new set.
After Sales Service Procedures:
If any problem with the floodlights, customer should take some pics of lamp working environment, pics of broken parts, take video of fault phenomenon, pic of LED-chip and check whether the face mask inside has water drop.Send all these details to us, our engineer will figure out the report within one day. If product quality problem, we would send you free product the next day.
